This data provides information about the number and types of applications that HM Land Registry completed in April 2024. 

Please note this data shows what HM Land Registry has been able to process during the time period covered and is not necessarily a reflection of market activity.

±õ²ÔÌý´¡±è°ù¾±±ô:

• HM Land Registry completed more than 1,953,640 applications to change or query the Land Register 
• the South East topped the table of regional applications with 449,162

HM Land Registry completed 1,953,642 applications in April compared with 1,865,589 in March and 1,595,150 last April 2023, of which: 

• 299,195 were applications for register updates compared with 295,437 in March
• 1,128,292 were applications for an official copy of a register compared with 1,063,005 in March
• 186,959 were search and hold queries (official searches) compared with 191,839 in March
• 83,904 were transactions for value compared with 83,467 in March
• 20,425 were postal applications from non-account holders compared with 20,519 in March
