HM Land Registry completed 1,811,924 applications in聽April compared with聽1,974,155 in聽March 2025聽and聽1,953,642聽last聽April 2024, of which:聽
- 285,129 were applications for register updates compared with聽295,653 in聽March
- 1,058,989 were applications for an聽official copy of a register compared聽with聽1,097,576 in聽March
- 158,279 were search and hold queries (official searches) compared聽with聽263,960 in聽March
- 78,380 were transactions for value compared聽with聽83,730 in聽March *聽14,592 were postal applications from non-account holders compared with聽15,564聽in聽March
