Helena Owen has been appointed His Majesty鈥檚 Ambassador to the Republic of Chad.

Ms Helena Owen has been appointed His Majesty鈥檚 Ambassador to the Republic of Chad in succession to Mr Ross Matthews who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Ms Owen will take up her appointment during August 2025.
