DBS' Contact Centre will operate under reduced hours over the Christmas and New Year period.
Our Contact Centre will be operating under reduced hours over the Christmas and New Year period. Core DBS services and turnaround times for DBS checks and barring decisions will not be affected, and employers and customers should continue to access our services as normal.鈥�
Online services such as the鈥�Update Service鈥痑苍诲鈥�online tracking鈥痺ill also available as usual over Christmas.聽
