HM Land Registry completed 1,883,137 applications in聽January compared with聽1,335,792 in聽December聽and聽1,777,649聽last聽January 2023, of which:聽
- 298,750 were applications for register updates compared with聽257,519 in聽December
- 1,095,216 were applications for an聽official copy of a register compared聽with聽689,205 in聽December
- 182,512 were search and hold queries (official searches) compared聽with聽178,940 in聽December
- 84,996 were transactions for value compared聽with聽57,567聽in聽December
- 19,296聽were postal applications from non-account holders compared with聽16,721聽in聽December
