• the South East topped聽the table of regional applications with聽468,348

HM Land Registry completed 2,092,554 applications in聽July compared with聽1,842,891聽聽in聽June聽and聽1,912,634聽last聽July 2023, of which:聽

• 318,267 were applications for register updates compared with聽284,447 in聽June
• 1,190,880 were applications for an聽official copy of a register compared聽with聽1,045,163 in聽June
• 214,947 were search and hold queries (official searches) compared聽with聽194,273 in聽June
• 93,549 were transactions for value compared聽with聽89,370 in聽June
• 19,357聽were postal applications from non-account holders compared with聽17,795聽in聽June
