Report on dormant betting accounts and unclaimed winnings delivered to government

John Penrose will consider Don Foster鈥檚 findings.

A review looking at whether money lying in dormant betting accounts and from unclaimed betting winnings could be used to improve sports facilities has been completed and delivered to Government.

Last summer , Minister for Tourism and Heritage asked .

The Government is currently considering its response to a consultation on the with a view to making an announcement in due course. Any decision on dormant betting accounts and the other issues raised in Don Foster鈥檚 report will be made after this.
