Statement on situation in Yemen

Following reports that international diplomats are being held in the UAE Embassy in Sana'a by armed loyalists a Foreign Office spokesperson said:

The road to the Palace is blocked by tribesmen and efforts are being made to clear the road. We are keeping the situation under review.鈥�
