Biography
Colin brings over 40 years of expertise in corporate governance, company secretarial duties, and company law to Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS). He joined NRS as Deputy Company Secretary in January 2022 and was promoted to Company Secretary in 2023.
Colin鈥檚 career spans the nuclear, financial, and health sectors. He began his professional journey in 1983 with British Nuclear Fuels plc (BNFL) in the Group Legal Department, dedicating 26 years to the company until its closure in 2009. Following his tenure at BNFL, Colin held several prominent positions, including Head of Legal: Company Secretarial and Operations at Aviva Life, Company Secretary at four NHS Foundation Trusts, and roles at Assurant UK and the Nuclear Decommissioning.
