David Clark

Biography
David joined the Nuclear Restoration Services Ltd Board on 1 June 2024 as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
He holds a degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Strathclyde University and began his career with Schlumberger (now SLB), holding operational and management positions across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Following executive roles at Wood, where he established and grew the Middle East business as CEO and director of a regional JV, and at Aker Solutions, initially as President of UK & Africa and later as EVP for the newly created global Service Division, David led the carve-out of the Lloyd鈥檚 Register energy division to private equity investors in November 2020, creating Vysus Group, where he served as CEO. After successfully divesting five non-core business lines, David stepped down as CEO in May 2024 and remains a Non-Executive Director of Vysus Group.
David is also a Non-Executive Director of the Energy Industries Council (EIC) and has actively supported the UK energy sector, including a period as NED at OGUK (now OEUK) and participation in various government-led workgroups and industry initiatives.
He is Chair of the Company鈥檚 Projects and Programmes Committee and a member of the Safety, Security, Health & Environment Committee.
