Simon joined the Nuclear Restoration Services Ltd Board in September 2019 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He is an accomplished executive and non-executive with a focus on people and transformation.

Simon enjoys strategic challenges and making a difference, bringing over 25 years of experience working with various businesses in both the public and private sectors. He has held several executive positions in human resources and operations functions, most recently at Royal Mail, where he was known for delivering transformation with innovative and game-changing results in a practical, engaging, and collaborative manner.

In addition to his executive career, Simon has been a trustee of a Cambridge-based charity and served on the Board of United Colleges Group for eight years before joining the NRS Board in Autumn 2019. He recently joined the Board of Directors of Croydon Health Services NHS Trust as its Chief People Officer.

Simon is the Company Senior Independent Director, Chair of the Company’s Nominations & Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit, Risk, Ethics, and Assurance Committee.
