This report provides the NHSPRB鈥檚 observations on the barriers and enablers, within the Agenda for Change pay system, for delivering healthcare every day of the week in a financially stable way. The Review Body was asked to make observations on affordable 鈥榦ut of hours鈥� working arrangements and any transitional arrangements. The remit was for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
