Thank you for your email of 23 March 2025 asking for information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. You asked:聽
Please share details of where UK taxpayer money was spent on creating structures and facilities for smokers overseas.聽 Please include where structures and facilities were adapted for their purpose and any furnishing that was provided in these facilities.聽
Please limit details for UK properties in the following country:聽

Please included all properties both offices and residential and in all locations where the UK has properties in each country.聽
Where more than 拢100 of UK taxpayer money was spent across the three years stated please include a breakdown of what funds were spent on and correspondence relating to the decision making process for the spend. Please include the seniority of individuals in the decision and approval processes.聽
I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the specific information you requested is not held by this Department.聽
FCDO Services is a trading fund of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). The FCDO is our primary customer and we support its overseas diplomatic platform by providing technical and logistical services as part of our Global Property Support Service and Global Maintenance Programme. A search of our records has confirmed that we have not completed or paid for work related to smoking areas across any of the FCDO sites in Nigeria.听听聽
Once an FOI request is answered, it is considered to be in the public domain.聽 To promote transparency, FCDO Services may now publish the response on 188体育 in the FOI releases section.聽 All personal information in the letter will be removed before publishing.听听
