Further reply to 7th report, HLP 40-I/HC 73-I, session 2007-08 (ISBN 9780104012376), following on the earlier response published in May 2008 (Cm. 7378, ISBN 9780101737821). The response takes into account the response to the 鈥榁aluing people now鈥� consultation, and is published alongside 鈥榁aluing people now: a three year strategy for people with learning difficulties鈥� (Dept of Health)

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
