These reports set out the findings of the commissioner鈥檚 reviews and make recommendations for the improvement of children鈥檚 social care services in Herefordshire.
They follow a that judged the overall effectiveness of the council鈥檚 children鈥檚 services to be inadequate.
The Department for Education issued a statutory direction to Herefordshire Council in September 2022. A revised direction was issued alongside the first of these reports.
