A letter from the Economic Secretary to the Treasury to the chair of the Treasury Select Committee in response to the committee鈥檚 report on conduct and competition in SME lending.

This response specifically addresses the committee鈥檚 recommendation that the Treasury 鈥渟hould publish an assessment of the feasibility, benefits and costs of adjusting the perimeter of regulation to cover loans with features of interest rate hedging products鈥�.
