This document sets out the scheme rules for the expanded 拢6 billion Affordable Homes Guarantee Scheme 2020.

The scheme will make loans available to Registered Providers to support the delivery of new-build affordable homes. The expanded scheme also covers retrofit, decency, and building safety upgrades in existing homes. The scheme will provide cost-effective and long-term finance to maximise the number of new affordable homes Registered Providers are able to deliver.
