Thank you for your email of 10 January in which you requested from the Insolvency Service:

鈥淯nder the Freedom of Information Act, please confirm the total payments made to employees in the U.K. between 1st January 2021 and 31st December 2021 in respect of the following:

  • a redundancy payment

  • holiday pay

  • outstanding payments like unpaid wages, overtime and commission

  • money that would have earned working a notice period (statutory notice pay)

by reference to the following types of insolvency across all sectors of the economy:

  • administration

  • liquidation

  • bankruptcy

  • receivership

  • company voluntary arrangement

  • individual voluntary arrangement

  • debt relief order鈥�
