Details

The MCA Framework document describes the agency鈥檚 relationship with the department for transport. It sets out the respective roles of the Secretary of State, and the accounting officer responsibilities of the department鈥檚 Permanent Secretary and the agency鈥檚 Chief Executive. The framework also sets out the roles of the MCA advisory board and its own executive board and other relevant governance arrangements.
