  • Notice to all shipowners, ship operators and ship managers; employers of seafarers; masters, officers and seafarers on sea-going ships ordinarily engaged in commercial operations

  • This notice should be read with Part 9 of the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Minimum Requirements for Seafarers etc.) Regulations 2014 (鈥渢he MLC Minimum Requirements Regulations鈥�) and MGN 482(M). This notice replaces MSN 1841.
