Introduction
Further to the recent amendments to Export Control Order 2008 (鈥渢he 2008 Order鈥�) and the Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 laid out in NTE 2024/04, we have now issued an updated version of the UK strategic export control list.
Alongside the inclusion of new control entries, a number of other amendments were made to the dual-use and munitions list which the has summarised.
The have been updated to include the new control entries including the recent updates to 鈥榦pen general export licence (export of dual-use items to EU member states)鈥� laid out in NTE 2024/05.
