On 28 April 2025, OFSI issued General Licence INT/2025/6135848 under Regulation 64 of The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (鈥淭he Russia Regulations鈥�) which allows the transfer of assets and liabilities as part of the integration of Credit Suisse Group AG into UBS Group AG.
