On 20 May 2025, OFSI issued General Licence INT/2025/6279615 under regulation 64 of The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (鈥渢he Russia Regulations鈥�) which allows for persons to make insurance premiums payments to the Deposit Insurance Agency.
