The Department of Health (DH) has聽issued guidance on the availability of public dividend capital (PDC) for capital investment at foundation trusts in 2010 to 2011.

PDC is available to finance capital allocated from Department of Health鈥檚 2010 to 2011 Capital Budgets,聽 and to聽 finance asset transfers between FT and other NHS bodies via 鈥榗ircular flow of funds鈥� arrangements.
