This code of practice provides practical guidance for trade unions on the 鈥檙easonable steps鈥� they should take to be compliant with section 234E of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (as inserted by the Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Act 2023).
