The school and college voice is a regular online survey. It gathers views within the academic year from senior leaders and classroom teachers in state-funded primary, secondary and special schools, and in colleges.

The survey covers a wide range of topics related to the Department for Education鈥檚 (DfE) aims, priorities and policies. The topics include:

  • staff wellbeing
  • pupil behaviour
  • staff absence
  • teacher training
  • recruitment and retention
  • pupil safeguarding
  • special educational needs and disability (SEND)
  • curriculum design
