Fill in the application form to apply for a Woodland Tree Health (WTH) grant. You鈥檒l also need to fill in the Woodland Tree Health annex and send this to us with your application form.

Request a copy of the annex by emailing [email protected]. Use the email address you鈥檝e registered on Rural Payments. Add 鈥楽end CS WTH annex鈥� as the subject of the email.

You can also call the Rural Payments Agency on 03000 200 301 to ask for a copy.

If you do not have management control over all or part of the land included in the application for the full length of the potential agreement, you鈥檒l also need to complete a land ownership and control form.

Submit all 3 documents to [email protected].
