In the 鈥楨nter your details鈥� section, the text alternative labels for each question does not match with what the text box or dropdown selector is, so people using a screen reader may not understand what each component is. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.1.1 (non-text content).
The page titles for each page do not match the heading for the corresponding page, so people using a screen reader may not understand what specific page they are looking at. This fails WCAG 2.4.2 success criterion (Page Titled).
The page title also does not reflect if there is an error message on the page, so people using a screen reader may not know that there is an error that they need to action. This fails WCAG 3.3.1 success criterion (Error Identification).
