Using the service for the first time
You need to get an invite before you can create an account.
Getting an invite
If you鈥檙e an immigration adviser, email a letter of authority to [email protected]. Say that you want to use 鈥楳anage asylum claim鈥� and give your Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) registration number.
You cannot get information about individual asylum claims through this email address.
If you鈥檙e a paralegal or member of support staff who works on asylum cases, an immigration adviser in your organisation with an account can create an account for you.
