TCM1000010 - How to check if an Annual Declaration has already been marked as not served

Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楻enewal鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楳anage Finalisation鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data - Applicant鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select the 鈥楶eriod鈥� checkbox and enter the relevant year as 06/04/YYYY - 05/04/YYYY

If you are taken to the 鈥楽elect Household鈥� screen

  • select the relevant household
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楳anage Finalisation鈥� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken straight to the 鈥楳anage Finalisation鈥� screen, go to Step 2.

Step 2

On the 鈥楳anage Finalisation鈥� screen

  • select 鈥楥ontinue鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楩inalisation details鈥� screen
  • select 鈥楥ontinue鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楴otice details鈥� screen
  • in the 鈥楽17 Notice鈥� field, if the Annual Declaration has been 鈥榤arked as not served鈥� there will be ticks in the 鈥榥ot served鈥� checkboxes

  • Note: in a joint claim both checkboxes will have been selected
