TCM1000025 - How to check the status of a claim

Step 1

If you are working a verification failure in function 鈥楳anage Verification Failures鈥�, go to Step 2.

If you aren鈥檛 working a verification failure or aren鈥檛 in function 鈥楳anage Verification Failures鈥�, go to Step 3.

Step 2

On the 鈥楳anage Verification Failures鈥� screen

  • select the appropriate verification failure
  • select 鈥楴avigate鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥榁iew Application鈥� from the options available. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen
  • go to Step 4.

Step 3

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楢pplication鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥榁iew鈥� from the options available. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data - Applicant鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select the relevant checkbox
  • select 鈥極K鈥�.

If you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Individual鈥� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen

Note: If you are instead taken to the 鈥楽elect Application鈥� screen or the 鈥楽elect Application Version鈥� screen, follow the guidance below for those screens.

If you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Application鈥� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen

Note: If you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Application Version鈥� screen instead, follow the guidance below for that screen.

If you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Application Version鈥� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen
  • go to Step 4.

If you鈥檙e taken straight to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen, go to Step 4.

Step 4

On the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen, the status of the claim will be shown in the 鈥楽tatus鈥� box.
