TCM1000038 - How to refer a case to the International Claims IN team

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Worklistsâ€� from the toolbar
  • select ‘Maintainâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Maintain Worklistâ€� screen
  • select the relevant ‘Worklist Typeâ€� drop down menu
  • select the relevant MU from the ‘Management Unitâ€� drop down menu
  • select ‘Sort Filterâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Sort and Filter Worklist Entriesâ€� screen
  • select ‘REFERENCEâ€� from the drop down list under ‘filter 1â€�
  • enter the customer’s NINO into the ‘From Valueâ€� field
  • enter the customer’s NINO into the ‘To Valueâ€� field
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘AMBS - Maintain Worklistâ€� screen
  • select the case
  • select ‘Transferâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Transfer Worklist Entryâ€� screen
  • enter the MU you are transferring the case to
  • select ‘OKâ€�.
