Changes to previous version - new guidance

Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楢ward鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥榁iew鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data - Applicant鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select the relevant checkbox
  • select 鈥極K鈥�.

If you are taken to the 鈥楽elect Household鈥� screen

  • select the relevant household
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楽elect Award鈥� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken straight to the 鈥楽elect Award鈥� screen, go to Step 2.

Step 2

On the 鈥楽elect Award鈥� screen

  • select the relevant award
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢ward Summary - Sterling鈥� screen
  • in the 鈥楽ignals鈥� field, check the 鈥楻LS App 1鈥� and 鈥楻LS App 2鈥� checkboxes for a tick. A tick in these checkboxes indicates the address is marked as RLS for that particular customer.
