TCM1000130 - How to trace a customer鈥檚 address on TBS

Step 1

From 鈥楳y Workplace鈥�

  • select 鈥楥orporate Services鈥�
  • select 鈥業nterim Single Sign On (ISSO)鈥�
  • select 鈥楾BS View Service鈥� from the options available
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO in 鈥榁iew Tax Payer Summary Details鈥�
  • select 鈥楻etrieve鈥� on the toolbar
  • check the details on this screen with the customer details you have
  • go to Step 2.

Step 2

If the details shown match the customer details you have

  • select 鈥榁iew鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楢ddress History鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥榁iew Taxpayer Address History鈥� screen
  • check all the previous addresses in the 鈥楢ddress History鈥� field to see if the details match the address you have or a new address is shown.
  • note any details you need.

Note: You must check all the details carefully until you are happy you have the correct tax credits customer.

If the details shown do not match the customer details you have, make a note and return to the guidance you were previously following.
