Step 1
On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�
- select 鈥楢pplication鈥� on the toolbar
- select 鈥榁iew鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data - Applicant鈥� screen
- enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
- select the 鈥楢ll鈥� checkbox
- select 鈥極K鈥�.
If you are taken to the 鈥楽elect Individual鈥� screen
- select the relevant claim
- select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen
Note: If you are instead taken to the 鈥楽elect Application鈥� screen or the 鈥楽elect Application Version鈥� screen, follow the later guidance for those screens.
- go to Step 2.
If you are taken to the 鈥楽elect Application鈥� screen
- select the claim with the status of 鈥楢ward Issued鈥�
- select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen
Note: If you are instead taken to the 鈥楽elect Application Version鈥� screen, follow the later guidance for that screen.
- go to Step 2.
If you are taken to the 鈥楽elect Application Version鈥� screen
- select the relevant version of the claim
- select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen
- go to Step 2.
If you are taken straight to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen, go to Step 2.
Step 2
On the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen
- select 鈥楥ontinue鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢pplicant 1 Additional Information鈥� screen
Note: If you need to check the customer鈥檚 partner鈥檚 personal details, select 鈥楥ontinue鈥� and you will be taken to the 鈥楢pplicant 2 Additional Information鈥� screen.
