Changes to previous version - new guidance

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Applicationâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Correctionâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Dataâ€� screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘Allâ€� checkbox
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Applicant Detailsâ€� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken straight to the ‘Applicant Details� screen, go to Step 2.

On the ‘Applicant Details� screen

Note: If the ‘Signals� screen displays, select ‘Cancel�.

  • select ‘Householdâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Detailsâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Household Detailsâ€� screen
  • the award will have ended if there is a date in the ‘Household End Dateâ€� field.
