TCM1000446 - How to check if the Manual Payment Request marker has been set

Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楶ayments鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楳aintain Payment Suspension鈥� from the options available. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data - Applicant鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select the 鈥楢ll鈥� checkbox
  • select 鈥極K鈥�.

If you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Household鈥� screen

  • select the relevant household
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楳aintain Payment Suspension鈥� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Award鈥� screen

  • select the relevant award
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楳aintain Payment Suspension鈥� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you鈥檙e taken straight to the 鈥楳aintain Payment Suspension鈥� screen, go to Step 2.

Note: An error message may be displayed stating you鈥檙e denied access to details for that customer. If this happens, follow the guidance in TCM0068160.

On the 鈥楳aintain Payment Suspension鈥� screen, any suspensions currently set will be shown in the 鈥楽uspensions Currently Set鈥� field.
