Step 1

On the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen

  • select 鈥楩ile鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楴ext鈥� from the options available
  • select 鈥楢pplication鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥榁erification Failures鈥� from the options available. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楰ey Data Entry鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楳anage Verification Failures鈥� screen
  • go to Step 2.

Step 2

On the 鈥楳anage Verification Failures鈥� screen

  • select 鈥楴avigate鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楻eject Application鈥� from the options available
  • select 鈥楾ext鈥�
  • enter the reason 鈥榊ou have not provided the information we asked for to enable us to process the claim鈥�
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楻eject Application鈥� screen
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You鈥檒l be taken back to the 鈥楳anage Verification Failures鈥� screen
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You鈥檝e rejected the claim.
