TCM1000564 - How to record a Tribunal decision 'Appeal Adjourned' in function Maintain Appeal

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楢pplication鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楳aintain Appeal鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select 鈥極K鈥�.

If you are taken to the 鈥楽elect Application鈥� screen

  • select the appropriate claim version the customer has appealed against by highlighting the entry and selecting 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楽elect Award鈥� screen
  • select the award version the customer has appealed against by highlighting the appropriate entry and selecting 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楳aintain Appeal鈥� screen. It will appear with an 鈥極鈥� for Open or a 鈥楥鈥� for Closed. You will be taken to the 鈥楳aintain Appeal鈥� screen
  • select the status 鈥楢djourned鈥� from the 鈥楢ppeal Status鈥� drop down menu
  • enter the date the supplementary response was sent, in the 鈥楧ate Sent For Listing鈥� field.

If you are not taken to the 鈥楽elect Application鈥� screen

  • select the award version the customer has appealed against by highlighting the appropriate entry and selecting 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楳aintain Appeal鈥� screen. It will appear with an 鈥極鈥� for Open or a 鈥楥鈥� for Closed. You will be taken to the 鈥楳aintain Appeal鈥� screen
  • select the status 鈥楢djourned鈥� from the 鈥楢ppeal Status鈥� drop down menu
  • enter the date the supplementary response was sent, in the 鈥楧ate Sent For Listing鈥� field.
