TCM1000586 - How to check if an award declaration is incomplete

Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥業n Year Finalisation鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥榁iew In Year S17 Details鈥� from the options available

    • you will be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data - In Year S17 Notices鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NI number
  • select 鈥極K鈥�

If you are taken to the 鈥楽elect individual鈥� screen

  • select the relevant individual
  • select 鈥極K鈥�

    • you will be taken to the 鈥榁iew In Year Section 17 - Current Position鈥� screen
  • go to Step 2

If you are taken to the 鈥楽elect Household鈥� screen

  • select the relevant household
  • select 鈥極K鈥�

    • you will be taken to the 鈥榁iew In Year Section 17 - Current Position鈥� screen
  • go to Step 2

If you are taken straight to the 鈥榁iew In Year Section 17 - Current Position鈥� screen, go to Step 2.

Note: If the 鈥榁iew In year Section 17 - Current Signals鈥� screen displays, select 鈥楥ancel鈥�.

  • select the 鈥楧etails鈥� box in the 鈥楧eclarations鈥� field

    • you will be taken to 鈥楧eclaration Reply鈥� screen
  • check details of declaration

Note: If the declarations field is blank then we have not received an award declaration from the customer.
