Poverty and HIV: Impact, Coping and Mitigation Policy.
Abstract
This chapter discusses what is known about the impact of HIV on poverty measures to mitigate the impact. It concludes that little has been done, and that we know little about it and have no idea whether these responses can or ought to be 鈥榮caled up鈥� or how to do that.
